Mongolia Horse Riding Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

Please send us a completed booking form or send an email requesting to book a tour.

2. We will send an invoice for a 25% deposit payment of the total tour price.

You can choose from one of the below payment methods.

– Bank transfer/Wire transfer

– Credit card payment – Master card, Visa card, and AMEX

3. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, we will send a confirmation, pre-departure information, and a visa invitation letter if required.

4. You should pay the balance payment no later than 25 days before your tour departure

5. If you book a tour within 30 days before its departure, full payment is required.

6. Clients can pay the balance payment in cash upon arrival in Mongolia/before the start of the service and should inform it in writing.

Cancellation:

1. We refund 70% of the deposit when you cancel 45 days before your arrival.

2. We refund 50% of the deposit when you cancel 35 days before your arrival.

3. We refund 30% of the deposit when you cancel 25 days before your arrival.

4. There will be no refund when canceling within 25 days.

5. We accept travel date changes informed 35 days in advance. It is free of charge you travel within the same year and subject to the price increase when switching to the next years.

6. There will be no refund for unused trip arrangements for any reason; unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing, transfer, and more when we start providing the service from the point of your arrival in Mongolia unless you inform in advance.
